I have been using Master Cleansing for 4 years. I went out to dinner with her one night and I could not believe the amount of food she ate. I had to ask her how she kept her figure. She told me about Master Cleansing. My neighbor used the program every other month and I was always jealous of the fact that she looked great and never had to workout or count calories.
I am thankful my neighbor got me started on Master Cleansing, but I wish she would have told me a few things before I got started with it. First off, although I was not hungry, I found it difficult to do power workouts the first few times I did the program. I actually felt nauseated the first time I workout on the program (off course my neighbor does not workout so she would not have known that).
The second thing I would recommend is not doing the entire 10 days the first time you try the program. Maybe it was because my body was in such bad shape, but after 5 days I felt great. I lost 4 pounds in the 5 days I did the program.
The first 3 days of the diet are HARD! It would be best to start on a day that would allow you to have rest. Sterling provides helpful tips on getting through the first few days. You really need to commit yourself the first few days, by day 4 you are not hungry or interested in food. If you can get to day 4 the rest is so much easier. By day 4 you really start to see the result so this also makes it easier to continue.
The second time I did the program I did the full 10 days. I lost 2 pants in 10 days and my energy was through the roof. I was so excited. I never was hungry or felt the need to binge. My cholesterol had decreased 11 points, but I did not really have a high cholesterol anyway. My energy increases was insane and my skin looked great.
It is an easy to understand diet. You are told step-by-step how to make the drinks. There really is not a lot of room to be confused.
There is also a sea salt portion of the cleanse that worked for me. It is nice to have a bit of variety for those of us who get bored with eating the same thing everyday.
I highly recommend this program however, I would not recommend you do the cleansing during a busy time, or while on vacation. You do not want to be lying on a beach somewhere and realize you have to use the restroom soon and not have any restrooms nearby.
It is hard to get through the cleansing program, especially the first time. You need to make sure you go into with the right attitude. Make sure you are ready to commit the next 10 days to it and remember it is just a temporary diet.
